CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE Client: Clock Tower Racquet Club & Fitness Center Situation The Clock Tower Racquet Club & Fitness Center was hosting its eighth annual United States Tennis Association (USTA) Women's $25,000 Challenger Tournament. The annual event gave local tennis enthusiasts an opportunity to watch rising tennis stars like Anna Kournikova, increased community awareness about the sport of tennis, encouraged people to join the racquet club and raised money for Junior Achievement. While the USTA brought the professional players to town, the racquet club needed a low-cost way of securing sponsorship dollars from local business leaders. Solution Sponsorship materials were digitally printed in full color and placed in red gloss pocket folders. A two-color, self-adhesive tournament logo adorned the front. Content included an 11" x 17" graphic showing sponsorship opportunities ranging from $100 to $10,000, a sponsor registration form and letters of appeal from the tournament director and the president of Junior Achievement. To further leverage the local angle, letterhead included tournament committee member names along with the logos of the tennis club and the non-profit.
